For the price I paid, the location was still good. It was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Masjidil Haram. If you have a person who uses a wheelchair, the location of this hotel may pose extra challenges as you have to walk up a hilly area. Walk past the hilly area, turn left to the parking area at Anjum hotel to use the shortcut to Haram. The amenities provided are fine. You may want to bring your own shower gel though as they only gave packet shampoo and bar soap. The whole area is also very safe. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worth the money I paid for.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Had all the amenities and everything was working compared to other hotels nearby which I stayed some days before coming to this one.

The staff was very cooperative, they gave me a 4 bed room for the same price .. I had booked a 3 bed room. They allowed us to check in early (around 10 am), which was very nice. They allowed us to wash our clothes using the machines in the SR 2 floor without charging us. The distance to haram is walkable and convenient .. go through Anjum hotel, that will save you some of the hassle of climbing the hill. There is also a barber shop and a grocery shop right next to the hotel. The distance is close and honestly I did not find anything more convenient for the same amount of money, hence can't complain ... it was good value for money.

Location a little far from the Holy Kaaba, with a main road just infront that we had to cross everytime. But luckily we found a way through another hotel (Hilton Jabal Omar/ Hilton Makkah convention) which made the walk to the mosque easier and shorter (around 10 min). Just cross the main road in front and walk left a little until you reach jabal omar street on your right. Then you can go through the hilton hotel on your left after marriot. The hotel was a very good value for the money.

The room was spacious and cleaned upon request.The hotel also kindly stored our luggage during our two-day visit to Medina. We were allowed to check in at 9 AM upon arrival after a long flight, which was greatly appreciated.

Rooms were clean, and amenities were good had a fridge, there was very little faults with the hotel. Location was excellent 10 minutes to the haram new build. (Through the anjum hotel) Staff left water bottles everyday. The price is decent with no breakfast options. Private toilet was very clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. And soundproofing

Location of the hotel was close to Haram. It is hardly 8-9 minutes to walk. You can walk through Anjum Hotel and i am not a brisk walker

The house keeping staff was exceptionally good and cooperative, the premises were kept clean and they were available at all times.

This 2nd stay for me here location is near to haram just 10 minutes walking, Rooms tidy and beds comfy, there is small refrigerator and TV inside Bathroom clean with required facilities It`s a great value for money for short stay
